The location is excellent. Easy to get around (to and fro airport), bus stops, restaurants and cafes are a stone's throw away and even money changers are all within walking distance. The people who man the reception are very friendly and helpful; get recommendations from them on local places to eat and things to do. The restaurants that they recommend are excellent. I really liked the hospitality, the location and the place.
